SWP Group plc announces that it received notification today that its Chairman, Mr Alan Walker, on 31st March 2010, had sold
1,500,000 shares in the Company at 12.75p amounting to £191,250. The sale is in order to settle accrued tax liabilities. Mr
Walker and his family interests continue to hold 14,478,457 shares in the Company representing 7.2 per cent. of the issued
share capital.
